South Carolina High School Volleyball - Porter-Gaud over Hilton Head Island

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Porter-Gaud Cyclones volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Hilton Head Island Seahawks.

The Cyclones (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Wando (Mt. Pleasant, SC). The Warriors enter the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Wando lost by Woodmont (Piedmont, SC), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Seahawks play the James Island Trojans (Charleston, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 30. Hilton Head Island will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Cane Bay (Summerville, SC).
