August 31, 2024: Aurora, IL 60504 The Waubonsie Valley Warriors (Aurora, IL) volleyball knocked off the visiting Plainfield North Tigers (Plainfield, IL), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Warriors now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Geneva for a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 4. Waubonsie Valley will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Maine South (Park Ridge, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Plainfield North drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL) to face the Warriors in a non-league game on Saturday, August 31.
