Illinois High School Volleyball - Metea Valley over Waubonsie Valley

In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Metea Valley Mustangs volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Waubonsie Valley Warriors.

The Mustangs (17-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL). The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 3-11 record. In their last challenge, Neuqua Valley was beaten by Naperville Central (Naperville, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Warriors meet the DeKalb Barbs (DeKalb, IL) in a challenge, on Thursday, September 26. Waubonsie Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Barbs enter the challenge with a 8-4 record after their 2-0 league loss to Naperville North (Naperville, IL).
