Illinois High School Volleyball - Metea Valley tips Naperville Central

October 3, 2024: Aurora, IL 60502

In Thursday's league challenge, the host Metea Valley Mustangs volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Naperville Central Redhawks.

The Mustangs (20-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Lyons (LaGrange, IL). The Lions enter the non-league challenge with a 12-9 record. In their last challenge, Lyons was tipped by Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Redhawks meet the Geneva Vikings (Geneva, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 7. Naperville Central will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 12-8 record after their 2-0 non-league win over South Elgin (South Elgin, IL).
