Alcorn Central Bears (Glen, MS) backers left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Tishomingo County Braves (Iuka, MS), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Bears battle the Belmont Cardinals (Belmont, MS) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 10. Alcorn Central will attempt to better on its 18-6 season record. The Cardinals come into the match with a 16-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Ripley (Ripley, MS).
