California High School Flag Football - Encina thwarted by Foresthill

September 10, 2025: Sacramento, CA 95825

Foresthill Wildfires (Foresthill, CA) fans went home in high spirits Wednesday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the host Encina Bulldogs (Sacramento, CA), 25-0 in a league battle.

With the win, Foresthill improves its record to 6-2 on the season. The Wildfires travel to Mesa Verde (Citrus Heights, CA) to play the Mavericks in a Sierra Delta League battle on Wednesday, September 17. The Mavericks come into the test with a record of 5-2.

With the defeat, Encina drops to 1-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Elite (Vallejo, CA) to meet the Eagles in a Sierra Delta League test on Monday, September 15. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-5. Elite lost 13-0 in their recent non-league challenge against McClymonds (Oakland, CA)
