The Lincoln Charter Eagles volleyball team (Denver, NC), was knocked off 3-0 in Thursday's league contest with the visiting Christ the King Crusaders (Huntersville, NC)

The Crusaders (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Langtree Charter Academy (Mooresville, NC). The Lions enter the Catawba Shores 2A/3A/4A contest with a 5-9 record. In their last contest, Langtree Charter Academy dropped by Jackson Day (Charlotte, NC), 3-1, in a non-league battle.

The Eagles now own a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Norman Charter for a Catawba Shores 2A/3A/4A battle on Tuesday, September 16. Lincoln Charter will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Bradford Prep (Charlotte, NC). The Knights record now stands at 13-3.
