In Thursday's league match, the North Branford Thunderbirds (North Branford, CT) volleyball squad overcame the host Coginchaug Regional Blue Devils (Durham, CT), by a count of 3-0.

Coming up next, the Thunderbirds clash with the Portland Highlanders (Portland, CT) in a Shoreline bout, on Monday, September 15. North Branford will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Highlanders come into the bout with a 0-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Hale Ray (Moodus, CT).
