Trinity Christian Lions (Sharpsburg, GA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Fayette County Tigers (Fayetteville, GA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Trinity Christian improves its record to 13-7 on the season. The Lions travel to Mill Creek (Hoschton, GA) to face the Hawks in a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. The Hawks go into the test with a record of 11-10. Mill Creek lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Buford (Buford, GA)

The Tigers now own a 13-12 record. They play next when they travel to Tri-Cities for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 16. Fayette County will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Shiloh (Snellville, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-9.
