September 12, 2023: Reno, NV 89512 The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the North Valleys Panthers (Reno, NV) and the host Hug Hawks (Reno, NV), saw North Valleys's volleyball squad beat Hug by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, North Valleys upgrades its record to 9-7 on the year. The Panthers host Fernley (Fernley, NV) to play the Vaqueros in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 14. The Vaqueros go into the bout with a record of 6-4. Fernley lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Elko (Elko, NV)
The Hawks now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they host Spring Creek for a non-league bout on Friday, September 15. Hug will play a Spartans squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Lowry (Winnemucca, NV). The Spartans record now stands at 4-2.
