The Sparks Railroaders (Sparks, NV) volleyball overcame the visiting Hug Hawks (Reno, NV), 3-1 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Sparks upgrades its record to 3-9 on the year. The Railroaders host South Tahoe (South Lake Tahoe, CA) to face the Vikings in a 3A Northern - West outing on Thursday, October 5. The Vikings go into the outing with a record of 16-2.
