In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Taft Toreadors volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Marshall Barristers.

The Toreadors (12-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Bellflower (Bellflower, CA). The Buccaneers enter the non-league challenge with a 0-11 record. In their last challenge, Bellflower was beaten by Paramount (Paramount, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Barristers meet the Village Christian Crusaders (Sun Valley, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 13. Marshall will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record.
