Iowa High School Football - North Mahaska trounces Colfax-Mingo
September 12, 2025: New Sharon, IA 50207 In Friday's league match, the host North Mahaska Warhawks football squad scored a decisive 64-27 triumph over the Colfax-Mingo Tigerhawks.
The Warhawks (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Martensdale-St. Mary's (Martensdale, IA). The Blue Devils come into the A District 6 test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Martensdale-St. Mary's was overwhelmed by Lynnville-Sully (Sully, IA), 62-6, in a league test.
With the defeat, Colfax-Mingo drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Tigerhawks host Central Decatur (Leon, IA) to meet the Cardinals in a non-league test on Friday, September 19. The Cardinals enter the challenge with a record of 1-2. Central Decatur lost 30-10 in their recent league game against Southwest Valley (Corning, IA)
