New Mexico High School Football - Mescalero Apache drops to Mesilla Valley Christian School
September 12, 2025: Las Cruces, NM 88001 In Friday's league match, the host Mesilla Valley Christian School SonBlazers football squad scored a good 45-22 triumph over the Mescalero Apache Chiefs.
The SonBlazers (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Gateway Christian (Roswell, NM). The Warriors go into the 8-Man District 3 (8 Man) challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Gateway Christian toppled Lordsburg (Lordsburg, NM), 66-22, in a league challenge.
The Chiefs (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Hagerman/Lake Arthur (Hagerman, NM). The Bobcats go into the 8-Man District 3 (8 Man) challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Hagerman/Lake Arthur lost by Melrose (Melrose, NM), 58-6, in a league challenge.
