The Navasota Rattlers football squad scored 56 points and limited the host Royal Falcons to 7 in the Rattlers non-league win on Friday.

In their next game, the Rattlers play the Waco Lions (Waco, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 19. Navasota will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Lions go into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 37-27 non-league loss to Cleburne (Cleburne, TX).

The Falcons (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Fort Bend Willowridge (Houston, TX). The Eagles go into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Fort Bend Willowridge bounced Terry (Rosenberg, TX), 30-15, in a non-league challenge.
