The Fulshear Chargers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Friendswood Mustangs to 1 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Chargers now have a 19-8 record. They play next when they host Concordia Lutheran for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 16. Fulshear will play a Crusaders team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over St. John's (Houston, TX). The Crusaders record now stands at 15-10.

The Mustangs (23-8) will now prepare for their game against Texas City (Texas City, TX). The Stingarees go into the 5A Region III District 20 game with a 9-12 record. In their last game, Texas City was dropped by La Porte (La Porte, TX), 3-1, in a league game.
