September 13, 2023: Hartford, CT 06112 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Classical Magnet Gladiators (Hartford, CT) and the host University Hawks (Hartford, CT), saw Classical Magnet's volleyball squad beat University by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Classical Magnet upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Gladiators host Prince RVT (Hartford, CT) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 14. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Prince RVT won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Grasso Tech (Groton, CT)
The Hawks now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Achievement First for a Capital Region bout on Friday, September 15.
