In Friday's league game, the Snow Canyon Warriors (St. George, UT) football team edged the host Cedar Reds (Cedar City, UT), by a tally of 21-14.

In their next game, the Warriors battle the Crimson Cliffs Mustangs (Washington, UT) in a 4A Region 9 game, on Friday, September 20. Snow Canyon will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Mustangs enter the game with a 3-2 record after their 28-17 league win over Desert Hills (St. George, UT).

The Reds (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Hurricane (Hurricane, UT). The Tigers enter the 4A Region 9 game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Hurricane held off Pine View (St. George, UT), 34-27, in a league game.
