The General McLane Lancers (Edinboro, PA) football trounced the visiting Franklin Knights (Franklin, PA), 62-0 in Friday's league outing.

The Lancers now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Corry for a non-league outing on Friday, September 20. General McLane will clash with a Beavers squad coming off a 52-18 league win over Girard (Girard, PA). The Beavers record now stands at 3-1.

With the defeat, Franklin drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Knights host North East (North East, PA) to clash with the Grape Pickers in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 21. The Grape Pickers come into the outing with a record of 0-4. North East lost 28-23 in their recent league outing against Fort LeBoeuf (Waterford, PA)
