Oklahoma High School Softball - Caney Valley bounces Woodland
September 13, 2024: Fairfax, OK 74637 In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Caney Valley Trojans softball team scored a tight 9-4 victory over the Woodland Cougars.
The Trojans (13-8) will now prepare for their match against Davenport (Davenport, OK). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 13-10 record. In their last match, Davenport was routed by Hominy (Hominy, OK), 12-1, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Cougars battle the Oklahoma Union Cougars (South Coffeyville, OK) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 17. Woodland will attempt to better on its 6-11 season record. The Cougars go into the match with a 7-13 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Barnsdall (Barnsdall, OK).
