Alabama High School Volleyball - Geneva over Opp

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Geneva Panthers volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Opp Bobcats.

With the win, Geneva improves its record to 11-3 on the season. The Panthers host Daleville (Daleville, AL) to face the Warhawks in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. The Warhawks go into the test with a record of 0-2. Daleville lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Dale County (Midland City, AL)

Next, the Bobcats meet the Straughn Tigers (Andalusia, AL) in a 4A Area 4 challenge, on Tuesday, September 16. Opp will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 6-7 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Wicksburg (Newton, AL).
