The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Coginchaug Regional Blue Devils (Durham, CT) and the host Haddam-Killingworth Cougars (Higganum, CT), saw Coginchaug Regional's volleyball squad beat Haddam-Killingworth by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Coginchaug Regional upgrades its record to 3-1 on the year. The Blue Devils host Hale Ray (Moodus, CT) to play the Noises in a Shoreline bout on Friday, September 16. The Noises go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Hale Ray won 3-1 in their recent league bout against East Hampton (East Hampton, CT)

The Cougars now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Old Lyme for a Shoreline bout on Friday, September 16. Haddam-Killingworth will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Cromwell (Cromwell, CT). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.
