The Magruder Colonels football team (Rockville, MD), was ripped 44-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Sherwood Warriors (Sandy Spring, MD)

The Warriors (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Blake (Silver Spring, MD). The Bengals come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Blake trounced Einstein (Kensington, MD), 34-19, in a league challenge.

The Colonels now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Clarksburg for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 22. Magruder will meet a Coyotes team coming off a 48-0 league loss to Seneca Valley (Germantown, MD). The Coyotes record now stands at 2-2.
