California High School Volleyball - Artesia crushed by Whitney
September 14, 2023: Cerritos, CA 90703 The Whitney Wildcats topped the visiting Artesia Pioneers volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.
The Wildcats now have a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mary Star of the Sea for a non-league test on Friday, September 15. Whitney will confront a Stars team coming off a 3-0 league win over St. Anthony (Long Beach, CA). The Stars record now stands at 10-5.
The Pioneers (5-6) will now prepare for their test against Pioneer (Whittier, CA). The Titans enter the 605 test with a 4-13 record. In their last test, Pioneer was knocked off by Cerritos (Cerritos, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
