September 14, 2023: Inwood, IA 51240 In Thursday's league contest, the Central Lyon Lions (Rock Rapids, IA) volleyball squad nudged the host West Lyon Wildcats (Inwood, IA), by a margin of 3-2.
Next up, the Lions battle the Okoboji Pioneers (Milford, IA) in a Siouxland contest, on Thursday, September 21. Central Lyon will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Pioneers go into the contest with a 2-10 record after their 3-0 league loss to Sheldon (Sheldon, IA).
