September 14, 2023: Halfway, OR 97834 The Pine Eagle Spartans volleyball team (Halfway, OR), was dropped 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Cove Leopards (Cove, OR)
The Leopards (2-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Adrian (Adrian, OR). The Antelopes enter the non-league challenge with a 5-5 record. In their last challenge, Adrian was dropped by Burns (Burns, OR), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Spartans meet the Wallowa Cougars (Wallowa, OR) in a 1A Old Oregon challenge, on Thursday, September 14. Pine Eagle will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Mitchell/Spray/Wheeler (Mitchell, OR).
