September 29, 2023: Halfway, OR 97834 Joseph Eagles (Joseph, OR) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Pine Eagle Spartans (Halfway, OR), 3-0 in a league match.
Next up, the Eagles clash with the Wallowa Cougars (Wallowa, OR) in a 1A Old Oregon match, on Tuesday, October 3. Joseph will attempt to advance on its 15-6 season record. The Cougars come into the match with a 11-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Cove (Cove, OR).
With the loss, Pine Eagle drops to 3-8 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Joseph (Joseph, OR) to clash with the Eagles in a 1A Old Oregon match on Friday, October 6. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 15-6.
