The Bear Creek Bruins felled the visiting Franklin Yellowjackets flag football team by a score of 25-6 in Monday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Bruins face the East Union Lancers (Manteca, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 16. Bear Creek will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Lancers go into the challenge with a 7-3 record after their 39-0 league win over Mountain House (Mountain House, CA).

The Yellowjackets (4-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Tokay (Lodi, CA). The Tigers come into the San-Joaquin Athletic Association test with a 4-9 record. In their last test, Tokay ran past Stagg (Stockton, CA), 19-6, in a league challenge.
