McNair Eagles (Stockton, CA) fans went home in high spirits Monday as they saw their flag football team tip the visiting Franklin Yellowjackets (Stockton, CA), 8-6 in a league battle.

With the win, McNair improves its record to 4-3 on the season. The Eagles host Stagg (Stockton, CA) to play the Delta Kings in a San-Joaquin Athletic Association battle on Wednesday, September 10. The Delta Kings go into the battle with a record of 2-7. Stagg lost 27-0 in their recent non-league battle against Ripon (Ripon, CA)

Coming up next, the Yellowjackets meet the River Islands Riptide (Lathrop, CA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 9. Franklin will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record.
