Texas High School Volleyball - Kemp routed by Mildred
September 16, 2022: Corsicana, TX 75109 The Mildred Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Kemp Yellowjackets to 0 in the Eagles league victory on Friday.
The Eagles now have a 9-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rice for a 3A Region III District 18 game on Tuesday, September 20. Mildred will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Eustace (Eustace, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-15.
The Yellowjackets (5-9) will now prepare for their game against Blooming Grove (Blooming Grove, TX). The Lions enter the 3A Region III District 18 game with a 6-14 record. In their last game, Blooming Grove dropped by Malakoff (Malakoff, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
