The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Millard North Mustangs (Omaha, NE) and the visiting Millard South Patriots (Omaha, NE), saw Millard North's softball squad nip Millard South by a score of 4-0.

With the triumph, Millard North improves its record to 19-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Staley (Kansas City, MO) to battle the Falcons in a non-league match on Thursday, September 18. The Falcons go into the match with a record of 1-3. Staley lost 6-3 in their recent league game against Blue Springs South (Blue Springs, MO)

The Patriots now hold a 9-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Platte County for a non-league outing on Friday, September 19.
