The Millard North Mustangs (Omaha, NE) softball the host Papillion-LaVista Monarchs (Papillion, NE), 7-5 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Mustangs now sport a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Elkhorn South for a A District test on Tuesday, September 9. Millard North will clash with a Storm squad coming off a 14-0 non-league win over Mercy (Omaha, NE). The Storm record now stands at 9-4.

With the loss, Papillion-LaVista moves to 11-4 on the season. The Monarchs host Papillion-LaVista South (Papillion, NE) to encounter the Titans in a A District outing on Tuesday, September 9.
