September 16, 2025: Troy, NC 27371

Central Davidson Spartans (Lexington, NC) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Montgomery Central Timberwolves (Troy, NC), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Central Davidson improves its record to 8-4 on the season. The Spartans host Ledford (Thomasville, NC) to face the Panthers in a PAC Seven 4A/5A test on Wednesday, September 17. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 10-2. Ledford won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Lexington Senior (Lexington, NC)

Next, the Timberwolves meet the High Point Central Bison (High Point, NC) in a PAC Seven 4A/5A challenge, on Thursday, September 18. Montgomery Central will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record. The Bison come into the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Randleman (Randleman, NC).
