September 17, 2024: Kansas City, MO 64134 The Raytown Bluejays (Raytown, MO) softball routed the host Ruskin Golden Eagles (Kansas City, MO), 17-0 in Tuesday's non-league outing.
The Bluejays now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Truman for a Class 4 District 14 outing on Thursday, September 19. Raytown will encounter a Patriots team coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Belton (Belton, MO). The Patriots record now stands at 3-15.
With the loss, Ruskin moves to 0-9 on the season. The Golden eagles travel to Fort Osage (Independence, MO) to encounter the Indians in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 19.
