With the win, Newport Central Catholic improves its record to 12-11 on the season. The Thoroughbreds travel to Highlands (Fort Thomas, KY) to encounter the Bluebirds in a District 36 contest on Thursday, September 18. The Bluebirds enter the contest with a record of 10-2.
