Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Dunmore knocks off Lakeland
September 18, 2025: Jermyn, PA 18433 In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Dunmore Bucks soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 victory over the Lakeland Chiefs.
The Bucks (5-3) will now prepare for their outing against Valley View (Archbald, PA). The Cougars come into the non-league test with a 4-5 record. In their last test, Valley View by Honesdale (Honesdale, PA), 2-1, in a league test.
The Chiefs now have a 2-8 record. They take the field next when they host Western Wayne for a Lackawanna - Division II test on Saturday, September 20. Lakeland will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 6-2 league win over West Scranton (Scranton, PA). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-1.
