The Cardinals (6-13) will now prepare for their contest against Gridley (Gridley, CA). The Bulldogs enter the Butte View contest with a 12-6 record. In their last contest, Gridley notched a victory over Red Bluff (Red Bluff, CA), 3-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Cubs battle the Yreka Miners (Yreka, CA) in a Northern contest, on Tuesday, September 23. Anderson will attempt to improve on its 4-15 season record. The Miners go into the battle with a 11-8 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Mazama (Klamath Falls, OR).
