North Carolina High School Volleyball - Cornerstone Charter over Triad Math and Science Academy

In Thursday's league challenge, the host Cornerstone Charter Cardinals volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Triad Math and Science Academy Bengals.

The Cardinals (14-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Bethany Community (Summerfield, NC). The Wolves come into the Northwest Piedmont 1A/2A challenge with a 5-7 record. In their last challenge, Bethany Community was beaten by Leadership Academy (Kernersville, NC), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bengals meet the Leadership Academy Falcons (Kernersville, NC) in a Northwest Piedmont 1A/2A challenge, on Friday, September 19. Triad Math and Science Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Falcons go into the test with a 9-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Cornerstone Charter (Greensboro, NC).
