The Millennium Lions (Mount Airy, NC) volleyball knocked off the visiting Triad Math and Science Academy Bengals (Greensboro, NC), 3-0 in Monday's league bout.

The Lions now possess a 8-7 record. They play next when they host Phoenix Academy for a Northwest Piedmont 1A/2A bout on Thursday, October 2. Millennium will clash with a Firebirds team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Cornerstone Charter (Greensboro, NC). The Firebirds record now stands at 4-12.
