New York High School Volleyball - Franklin Monroe
September 19, 2024: Rochester, NY 14621 Monroe Red Jackets (Rochester, NY) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Franklin Bulldogs (Rochester, NY), 3-1 in a league test.
With the win, Monroe improves its record to 5-3 on the season. The Red Jackets host Livonia (Livonia, NY) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Monday, September 23. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 1-3. Livonia lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Perry (Perry, NY)
The Bulldogs now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to School of the Arts for a Section 5 Rochester test on Tuesday, September 24. Franklin will face a Silverhawks squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Edison Tech (Rochester, NY). The Silverhawks record now stands at 4-2.
