Florida High School Volleyball - Mariner over Island Coast
September 19, 2024: Cape Coral, FL 33993 The Mariner Tritons volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Island Coast Gators to 1 in the Tritons non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Tritons now have a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Lehigh for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 21. Mariner will play a Lightning team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over South Fort Myers (Fort Myers, FL). The Lightning record now stands at 8-6.
With the loss, Island Coast drops to 2-11 on the campaign. The Gators travel to Immokalee (Immokalee, FL) to play the Indians in a non-league outing on Monday, September 23. The Indians come into the outing with a record of 0-7.
