In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Sun Valley Magnet Pioneers volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Magnolia Science Academy Reseda Warriors.
The Pioneers (6-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology (Sun Valley, CA). The Griffins enter the Central Valley challenge with a 0-5 record.
Next, the Warriors meet the Valor Academy (Van Nuys, CA) in a Central Valley challenge, on Monday, September 23. Magnolia Science Academy Reseda will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record.
