In Friday's non-league test, the Millard South Patriots (Omaha, NE) softball squad got by the host Lincoln Northeast Rockets (Lincoln, NE), by a tally of 5-4.

Next, the Patriots clash with the Lincoln North Star Navigators (Lincoln, NE) in a A District test, on Monday, September 22. Millard South will attempt to advance on its 10-12 season record. The Navigators go into the test with a 5-11 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to Millard West (Omaha, NE).

The Rockets (6-13) will now prepare for their test against Lincoln Southeast (Lincoln, NE). The Knights come into the A District outing with a 2-17 record. In their last outing, Lincoln Southeast was tipped by Kearney (Kearney, NE), 16-6, in a non-league outing.
