Texas High School Volleyball - Alvarado winner over Venus
September 19, 2025: Alvarado, TX 76009 The Alvarado Indians topped the visiting Venus Bulldogs volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Friday's league game.
Next up, the Indians face the Life Waxahachie Mustangs (Waxahachie, TX) in a 4A Region II District 12 game, on Tuesday, September 23. Alvarado will attempt to advance on its 9-20 season record. The Mustangs go into the game with a 3-17 record after their 3-1 league loss to Ferris (Ferris, TX).
The Bulldogs (5-19) will now prepare for their game against Kennedale (Kennedale, TX). The Wildcats go into the 4A Region II District 12 outing with a 11-14 record. In their last outing, Kennedale was topped by Godley (Godley, TX), 3-0, in a league outing.
