Arlington Colts (Arlington, TX) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Bowie Volunteers (Arlington, TX), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Arlington advances its record to 12-19 on the season. The Colts travel to Lamar (Arlington, TX) to play the Vikings in a 6A Region I District 8 challenge on Tuesday, September 23. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 15-15. Lamar won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Sam Houston (Arlington, TX)

Next, the Volunteers play the Haltom Buffalos (Haltom City, TX) in a 6A Region I District 8 challenge, on Tuesday, September 23. Bowie will attempt to upgrade on its 9-8 season record. The Buffalos come into the challenge with a 9-13 record after their 3-0 league loss to Martin (Arlington, TX).
