Texas High School Volleyball - Independence crushed by Memorial

The Memorial Warriors were victorious over the visiting Independence Knights volleyball team by a margin of 3-0 in Friday's league outing.

The Warriors now possess a 20-10 record. They play next when they travel to Emerson for a 5A Region II District 11 outing on Tuesday, September 23. Memorial will clash with a Mavericks team coming off a 3-0 league win over Lebanon Trail (Frisco, TX). The Mavericks record now stands at 11-14.

With the loss, Independence drops to 9-9 on the campaign. The Knights host Liberty (Frisco, TX) to clash with the Redhawks in a 5A Region II District 11 outing on Tuesday, September 23. The Redhawks come into the outing with a record of 22-3. Liberty won 3-0 in their recent league match against Heritage (Frisco, TX)
