With the win, St. Joseph's Academy improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Redstickers travel to Dutchtown (Geismar, LA) to encounter the Griffins in a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 3. The Griffins go into the battle with a record of 1-0. Dutchtown won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Assumption (Napoleonville, LA)
Next, the Gators meet the Episcopal Knights (Baton Rouge, LA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 4. St. Amant will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
