Georgia High School Softball - Gordon Lee bounces Coahulla Creek
September 20, 2022: Dalton, GA 30721 The Gordon Lee Trojans (Chickamauga, GA) softball routed the host Coahulla Creek Colts (Dalton, GA), 8-1 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Trojans (15-4) will now prepare for their bout against LaFayette (LaFayette, GA). The Ramblers go into the 3A Region 6 bout with a 15-3 record. In their last bout, LaFayette got by Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe (Fort Oglethorpe, GA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
With the loss, Coahulla Creek falls to 12-6 on the campaign. The Colts travel to Bremen (Bremen, GA) to face the Blue Devils in a 3A Region 6 challenge on Thursday, September 22. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a record of 16-4. Bremen won 9-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Heard County (Franklin, GA)
