Georgia High School Softball - Prince Avenue Christian bounces Oglethorpe County
September 20, 2022: Lexington, GA 30648 The Prince Avenue Christian Wolverines routed the host Oglethorpe County Patriots softball squad by a final score of 11-3 in Tuesday's league battle.
The Wolverines (16-6) will now prepare for their battle against Oconee County (Watkinsville, GA). The Warriors go into the non-league battle with a 8-13 record. In their last battle, Oconee County was routed by Franklin County (Carnesville, GA), 10-8, in a league battle.
The Patriots now possess a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Thomson for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 22. Oglethorpe County will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 17-5 league win over Washington County (Sandersville, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 10-5.
