New York High School Volleyball - Newburgh Free Academy crushed by Pine Bush
September 20, 2023: Pine Bush, NY 12566 The Pine Bush Bushmen topped the visiting Newburgh Free Academy Goldbacks volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Wednesday's league test.
The Bushmen now have a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Middletown for a Section 9 Orange County I test on Friday, September 22. Pine Bush will confront a Middie Bears team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Kingston (Kingston, NY). The Middie Bears record now stands at 0-7.
The Goldbacks (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Beacon (Beacon, NY). The Bulldogs enter the non-league test with a 5-1 record. In their last test, Beacon gained a win over Liberty (Liberty, NY), 3-0, in a non-league test.
